Butterfly The wind whispers to me, Only I can hear it. She winds her fingers through my hair But only I can feel it. Alone I sit on a park bench Think my thoughts Confuse the days all into one. I'm spinning but no one sees. A silent tear slips down my cheek. My face burns in the chillness of her breeze And I sigh a sigh of frustration, For I can't do anything I swing on a swing, Alone in the park My only company is the darkness Surrounding me like a worn blanket.
